• The 20 Members of Konya Bar Association Including Former President Kayacan were sentenced range to 2 and 11 years imprisonment

  The 20 Members of Konya Bar Association were sentenced range to 2 and 11 years only because of doing their profession with integrity. So far,  59 Turkish lawyers were sentenced to long imprisonment.

• DETENTION WARRANT ISSUED FOR THE 8 MEMBERS OF IZMIR BAR ASSOCIATION

  Detention warrant issued for 8 lawyers in Izmir, 6 lawyers are presently under police custody in Izmir Police HQ.
  Also 2 lawyers were arrested in Istanbul within scope of police operation against The Law Office of the Oppressed (EHB)

  Between 10 and 19 October, 5 lawyers were sentenced range to 1 and 13 years.
  5 lawyers were detained.
  As of 19th October 2017, 552 lawyers have been arrested (since 15th July) & 1403 lawyers are under prosecution. So far,  39 lawyers were sentenced to long imprisonment.
